I am the India Leader for Marsh's Private Equity M&A (PEMA) practice. I bring 20 years of corporate experience and nearly a decade of expertise at Marsh. My transaction experience spans over 150 deals, providing clients with comprehensive M&A insurance and advisory solutions. The project experiences I can leverage for my clients encompass a wide range of M&A insurance solutions, including Warranty & Indemnity (Rep & Warranty), tax insurance, transactional advisory, and portfolio insurance. These solutions are delivered across various industry segments, such as infrastructure, real estate, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, renewable energy, financial institutions, IT-ITeS and so on. Our 15-member PEMA India team is the region's leading M&A insurance broking team, consisting of M&A lawyers, tax experts, claims specialists, project managers, and transaction advisors. We are passionate about understanding our clients' needs and delivering tailored solutions to drive M&A success through innovative transactional insurance and advisory services. The team’s M&A insurance capabilities are exceptional and set a high benchmark in the industry, relied upon by numerous clients Currently I am based in Mumbai, but I have also worked in Pune prior to my insurance industry days.
