About Aditya Suresh

I am an India-qualified lawyer working as a trainee with the international arbitration team at Quinn Emanuel Paris, where I assist the team with the preparation of submissions in some of the world's most challenging international commercial and investment arbitrations involving international corporate entities, States, State entities, and international organisations. Before joining Quinn Emanuel, I was a trainee with the international arbitration team at Freshfields Paris. I was also the recipient of the MIDS-PCA Fellowship 2023-24, pursuant to which I worked as an Assistant Legal Counsel at the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA). There, I supported the administration of complex international disputes involving states, state entities, intergovernmental organisations, and private parties across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. I have a strong academic and professional background in international law and arbitration. In 2023, I graduated as the highest-ranked student in my batch from the Geneva LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement (MIDS) program. I also hold a B.A. LL.B.(International Trade & Investment Law Hons.) degree from National Law University, Jodhpur in India, where I qualified to practice as an Advocate in 2022.
