About Aditya Tapadia

FMBA finance post graduate, Aditya started Jumpstart International Preschool & Learning Centre in 2009. It has been a wonderful and diverse journey so far with 8 centres spread across prominent lo-cations in Pune. As a child who was always labeled in school, Aditya realized the need to start a school which can preserve the uniqueness of every child and make sure every child is treated with respect, love, care and affection. Jumpstart has been born out of his passion and vision to create a better future for our children where every child is respected and admired for their uniqueness. After graduating in instrumentation engineering, his learning has been completely hands-on since last 10+ years. He was the territory head for Early Childhood Association for past 4 years which is a national association that works for the early years. ECA is an initiative that not only works towards safeguarding children & their rights but also strives towards the growth and development of educa-tors across the country. It is engaged in the best international research on child development and learning along with bringing together all stakeholders so that early years can be enriched. He has now been elevated to the role of a National Core Committee member. He has been instrumental in driving Jumpstart towards excellence due to which Jumpstart has been consistently awarded as one of the top 10 preschools of Pune from the year 2015 till 2019 by Educa-tional World magazine. It has also been awarded by ECA (Early Childhood Association) across vari-ous parameters. He is also the founder of the Online Parenting Summit which is one-of-a-kind summit having 40+ speakers on a single platform helping parents in redefining parenthood with sufficient and well-curated resources and techniques along with action-oriented tools to engage their child ensuring age-appropriate development. He has also been instrumental in arranging and putting together different educational awards for the early childhood education industry. Being a father himself, to a preschooler Aditya understands the need to have a conductive learning environment for children full of hands on experiences. He comes from a family who has always sup-ported education & also leads a trust named “Bhagirath Tapadia Trust” that primarily works for the under privileged children. He feels empowered to work with early years as these years shape the future of tomorrow.
