About Aditya Vora

I am a Chartered Accountant with keen interest in investing and business analysis. I have also passed 2 levels of the CFA course. My last role was as Chief of Staff and GM - Projects in the CEO's Office of a Carlyle-controlled Animal Health company, Sequent (a PortCo I managed at Carlyle) where I collaborated with cross-functional teams across our API and Formulation businesses to implement and execute business improvement actions. Previously, I was an Analyst with Carlyle’s Asia Buyout PE team and held responsibilities for end to end investment evaluation, diligence & execution, and portfolio management. Before Carlyle, I was with EY's IB team, advising on PE and M&A transactions in the Logistics sector. I was also involved in authoring several thought leadership articles, helping the team differentiate in a competitive space. From Mar-16 to Mar-19, I worked as an Articled Associate in Deloitte's Auditing department where I audited listed clients in the automotive and industrial sectors. I graduated from HR College of Commerce & Economics (2017). In college, I led several community and professional development initiatives as part of the Rotaract Club. I have also played Water Polo over 15+ years and represented Maharashtra and Mumbai University in Water Polo at the Junior National Championships in July 2012 and at the All India University National Championship in September 2015, respectively. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, playing sport, and quizzing.
