I am a seasoned Sr. Program Manager with over 18 years of extensive IT experience in Microsoft technologies. At Microsoft Global Escalation Services, I have honed my expertise in conceptualizing, deploying, and implementing innovative solutions at every stage of technology planning, deployment, and support. My core proficiency lies in Windows 11; Windows 10,(all legacy clients), Windows Server 2022, Windows Server 2019 (all legacy servers) and Virtualization, along with planning and executing smooth migrations across various Windows platforms. I take pride in assisting organizations in upgrading to the latest Microsoft products and maintaining highly available and scalable solutions. Throughout my journey, I have been an active contributor to the Microsoft community, recognized as a Microsoft Windows Champion internally and Upgrade-Athon Champion. I am passionate about knowledge sharing, conducting sessions, and authoring technical articles on Windows technologies and virtualization. Outside the professional realm, I find fulfillment in contributing to society, working with NGOs to deliver training to children, and supporting the elderly at Gandhi Old Age Home. I am a great cricket enthusiast.
