About Adityya Sen

With key strengths in thought leadership, ownership, and visioning, I am a "hands dirty" HR professional who likes to put thoughts and ideas into action personally instead of walling the thinker-doer concept. I guess a regimented upbringing and a 27 year career with a hospitality background does that! Having been a part of Start-ups and new ventures (including Proprietorship), I bring to the table an ability to build, train and groom teams, create processes, build strong quality and compliance checking mechanisms. My experience in growth and expansion staged organizations, within the L&D landscape has helped me develop skills to systematically build and retain a trained, talented and productive workforce. Using my core competency of Soft Skills and Behavioral Training, I have the ability to develop Leadership and decision makers of a company aligning them to Organizational goals. With various certifications including MBTI and Belbin, I have the tools, knowledge and ability to deliver such sessions at an organizational level.
