About Adler Tessaro

With over 6 years of experience in technology, I am driven by finding creative solutions to complex challenges. My career path has allowed me to work on both strategic vision as a Product Manager and Business Analyst, and on technical execution, where I discovered a passion for development. I believe the best way to understand a problem is by getting hands-on. This mindset led me to take the initiative on projects that delivered concrete results, such as an 80% reduction in production bugs. To optimize internal communication, I built the "IntegraHos" platform from the ground up using React and Node.js. The tool centralized service management and integrated via API with Jira, Trello, and the company's internal CRM. I also had the opportunity to apply my Python knowledge to develop a large-scale integration with the multinational company Scanntech, a project that enhanced my skills in systems architecture. With a focus on data-driven management, I built a performance dashboard for the development and QA teams. This hybrid experience is my key differentiator: a deep understanding of the business makes me a more aware developer, and knowing how technology works makes me a more complete product manager. Today, I am seeking opportunities as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or to apply and deepen my knowledge as a Developer.
