Having over 8 years of experience across Health and IT industries, I have gained strong project management skills and the ability to take accountability and drive projects and programs through to completion. With the facility to establish relationships on all levels of an organization and influence without authority, I am a results-oriented individual with a strong drive to succeed, who can remain calm and resilient during times of change and pressure. As a trusted HR advisor, coaching and mentorship are at the core of my leadership style. Working closely with executive leadership, I foster a culture of continuous improvement, enabling key talent to thrive under tailored development plans. I am truly passionate about Culture and Talent Management, seeing the bigger picture and, from it, improving processes, creating structure, and removing obstacles along the way.
