About Adora Igbokwe

As Enterprise Risk Manager at Baker Hughes, I led the development and implementation of the enterprise risk management (ERM) framework, strategy, and processes across the company. With over 21 years of experience in the oil and gas and industrial sectors, I have a proven track record of delivering value-added solutions for managing and mitigating various types of risks, such as commercial, operational, financial, reputational and regulatory. I leverage my strong analytical skills and computer science background to design and deploy risk assessment tools, models, and reports that enable data-driven decision making and risk optimization. I also collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to provide strategic guidance, oversight, and support for key initiatives, such as process improvement, and change management. My mission is to foster a culture of risk awareness and accountability across the organization and to enhance organisational resilience in order to meet its strategic objectives in today's dynamic and highly competitive environment.
