With a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, I drive process improvement, operational efficiency, and quality assurance across all facets of home care services. By implementing data-driven strategies and eliminating inefficiencies, I optimize service delivery, caregiver scheduling, financial management, and compliance protocols, ensuring superior patient outcomes and cost-effective operations. My expertise extends across financial management, human resources, compliance, and operations, allowing me to enhance efficiency while upholding regulatory standards. I manage service inquiries, payroll, billing, accounts payable/receivable, and maintain comprehensive employee and client records. I also work closely with key stakeholders to streamline workflows, set strategic goals, and expand community engagement, ensuring sustainable growth and long-term client and caregiver retention. I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Healthcare Management and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration, equipping me with expertise in organizational leadership, employment law, healthcare systems, ethics, financial resource management, project management, and strategic planning. I am also a proud inductee of the National Society of Leadership and Success, recognizing my commitment to excellence in leadership and business operations. Beyond my professional career, I am deeply invested in community health initiatives. I actively collaborate with non-profits and local leaders to develop programs that improve public health and nutrition. I am the founder and director of 7B Culinary Connections, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to teaching children nutrition and culinary skills, as well as establishing free little food pantries to combat food insecurity within the community.
