About Adriaan Oudijk

As a UX Researcher and Designer with over 9 years of experience in in-house product design and consultancy, my work focuses on conducting thorough customer research and translating insights into delightful digital products that are designed for people and their daily lives. I lead a research team, manage projects from start to finish, and improve UX Research maturity by developing and implementing processes and strategies for customer-centricity and product quality. My ambition is to use my design thinking to help organizations take strategic cultural steps to improve their relationship with their users. I am particularly interested in working with organizations that have goals beyond just commercial ones, such as taking care of the environment or improving inclusivity.Aside from my work as a UX specialist, I bring value to a team as a certified scrum-master and agile coach. I prioritize creating a personal connection and a safe space with my co-workers that fosters a culture of learning from failures and celebrating success.
