Following this, I undertook an enriching apprenticeship in IT, where I acquired practical skills and knowledge that paved the way for my current role as a 1st Line Support Engineer. With over three years of experience in the industry, I have honed my abilities to troubleshoot and resolve various IT issues, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime for end-users. My academic background and hands-on experience have provided a solid foundation, and I am a self-motivated individual with a genuine passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning.
