About Adrian Balicki

I am an experienced AR Team Leader with 9 years of experience working in SSC/BPO. At that time, I was responsible for three large process transitions. In the last 3 years, I have gained extensive experience in the field of recruitment, accounting projects and team building - one of my teams was expanded from 4 to 12 people. My team of up to 20 people is achieving results that exceed their goals, such as the completeness of processed inquiries and payment allocations per month at the level of 95-98%, with a target of 90%. As a manager, I stand out with very good communication and organizational skills, which allows me to maintain a very high motivation in the team and understand the needs of stakeholders. At the same time, I pay a lot of attention to my development in many areas: from communication and management skills, through technical aspects such as knowledge of Excel, VBA or SQL, to the subject of accounting, reporting, and organization management at the strategic level (ACCA & CIMA courses in progress).
