High experience in Automotive Testing and Test Management activities for ADAS (Autonomous Driving) projects ->successfully completed over 20 large scale projects involving OEMs from Romania, France, Germany, Sweden, China, Japan, South Korea and the United States->involved in internal and external audits (all successful)->organized DV and PV activities on several projects including sample production,laboratory introduction and report delivery to customer ->attends Quote Meetings, PACT Workshops and weekly(sometimes daily) project meetings during the Project Life Cycle ->The projects I’m working with have a multitude of ADAS functions including Automatic Cruise Control, Emergency Break Assist, Traffic Sign Recognition, High Beam Assist, Lane Departure Warning, Lane Departure Protection, Unstable Driver Warning and more. The main focus of ADAS is autonomous driving nd for this my main focus is ensuring the needed tests are performed, the requirements are passed and that the quality standard is met-> obtained ISTQB Foundation+Test Management certifications Nearly 2 years team leading a newly formed Test Management team at ADAS Sibiu ->built mostly from scratch based on personal experience, now having 10 direct reports and involved in all projects tested by teams in Europe at ADAS in Continental ->the team is involved in managing test activities for all the full range of products developed at ADAS in Continental -> besides team leadership activities I also have an active validation lead role in 2 active projects
