A manufacturing leader at BMS, I oversee site performance planning for the only site in the world with two CAR-T products. With have deep expertise in pharmaceutical operations and lean manufacturing, I’ve been an integral part of nearly every capacity ramp for both BREYANZI and ABECMA. Recent highlights have included: • Leading the charge to achieve 100% schedule adherence. • Improving cell turnaround time 30% through lean transformation. • Scaling with demand from 5-6 patients to ~60 per week. With a background in OpEx engineering and MS & T at LifeCell and Celgene, I have worked alongside McKinsey consultants on value stream mapping to transform clean room and production capacity, developing deep expertise not just mapping process change, but building the foundational information systems and training to sustain it. Throughout my career, I’ve had the good fortune to work under great leaders who have shown me the importance of setting an example and equipping my team rather than solving the problem. I view my role as that of a coach, helping my team create the bandwidth to do things that push beyond their comfort zone. I’m at my best solving big problems and driving impactful teams.
