As the Area Director for Central and Northern Alberta at Bayshore HealthCare, I have 5 years of experience in leading and managing home healthcare services across a large and diverse region. Bayshore HealthCare is one of Canada's leading providers of home and community healthcare services, serving more than clients across the country. With an MBA and a management consulting background, I bring a strategic, analytical, and innovative approach to my role. I oversee the quality, accessibility, and compassion of home healthcare services, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision, mission, and values. I also develop and implement lean processes and policies, coach and develop staff and foster positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. My goal is to enhance the well-being of the communities I serve by delivering results through continuous improvement and innovation.
