About Adrian Brown

An expert in Quality Assurance for more than 15 years, I have driven innovation and technical improvements through automation testing and development across inter-dealer broking & investment banking platforms, e-commerce, telecommunications and technology sectors. Creating robust QA frameworks to deliver highly technical, complex and distributed programmes is one of my greatest strengths. I have proven ability in building high performance QA teams and leading them through effective change management strategies that enhance the delivery process. I am particularly adept at devising low cost test strategy and approaches to support transformation projects, whilst achieving significant cost efficiencies and reduction in expenditure without impacting service. Working closely with leadership teams to deliver critical programmes is my speciality. I have an innate ability to understand complex ideas and deliver programmes efficiently in accordance with stakeholder expectations, achieving business objectives and operational improvements.
