With extensive experience in IT transformation, strategy, and systems modernization, I have successfully led large-scale projects across various organizations. As a Trainer & Consultant since 2013, I have delivered impactful ITSM training and provided strategic advisory services, optimizing IT processes, services and tooling for multinational clients. In my role as Global Head of ITSM at NXP Semiconductors, I improved ServiceNow platform performance, reduced technical debt, and led ITSM process overhauls, achieving a 70% improvement in CMDB KPIs and passing the SOX audit with flying colors. At Genpact, I drove significant results for the second-largest brewing company in the world, including an 84% reduction in MTTR and a cost saving of $180mln/quarter, while also increasing Genpact's revenue by €1 million through the setup of a Security Operations Centre and securing further contract extensions. I also led major tooling-related projects, first replacing BMC Remedy with ServiceNow/IT Guardian and, two years later, switching to Out-of-the-Box ServiceNow. Earlier, as a Remote Technical Account Manager at Oracle Romania, I managed critical account escalations and developed a successful service resolution program, generating substantial revenue growth.
