An experienced program coordinator/field officer with 10 years of experience working with the indigenous community of Sabah, Sarawak, and Pahang. Passionate in uplifting community and wildlife conservation work! Being striving for that goal continuously for 10 years already and will keep on continuing the dream. Panthera Wild Cat Conservation Malaysia [2023 - Current] Led a team of 10 people in 2023 into a growing team of 40 people in safeguarding the al-Sultan Abdullah Royal Tiger Reserve. Establish ground work, human resource, and logistics for Panthera in Pahang. Assist new project lead in making sure the success of al-Sultan Abdullah Royal Tiger Reserve (ASARTR) project by handling operation and grant budgeting. In the same time making sure project reporting delivered in timely manner and establishing communication with partners. Global Peace [2022 - 2023] Currently handling clean water and sanitation projects for Jakun community around Muadzam Shah and Rompin area in building toilets, and solar water pump system. Also I am responsible in organising self-improvement program for Form 5 Orang Asli students in SMK Muadzam Jaya. The program objective is to improve leadership and social skills. Handled Mobile School for children that did not go to school to enhance their basic in reading, writing, and listening with an end goal that they have the confident to go back to school. I was awarded the best collaborator in the company due to my skills in working along with the communities, school’s and government’s authority. Impian Malaysia [2015-2021] During COVID-19 pandemic 2020-2021, I was working in Kampung Tilis, Tenom, Sabah in developing a learning centre for primary school's student from standard 4 to standard 6. The goal of the learning centre is to help students in their homework and conduct play-based learning during the pandemic as school was closed. Since the village is located at rural area, online-learning is very difficult with limited connectivity and facilities. So I was living together with the community at the same time teaching the students as movement control order (MCO) was in place. From 2015 - 2019, I was the program coordinator for education project where we conducted educational camp around rural villages in Sabah and Sarawak with an objective that learning is fun. Organised over 30 over educational projects involving 600 students which an average of 20-30 students per project. The educational camps were held for 1 day or 3 days whereby we involved communities and volunteers in making a successful camp.
