Dynamic and results-driven IT executive with over 20 years of senior leadership experience in building and scaling innovative technology organizations across multiple industries and regions. Proven track record of driving digital transformation, operational excellence, and business growth through strategic vision, effective leadership, and high-impact team management. Currently, I serve as Principal Director at Perficient Romania, where I lead strategic initiatives and innovative technology solutions that deliver sustainable value. Throughout my career, I have led large-scale teams and complex projects, including roles such as Director of Software Development & Operations at SMEDIX, where I grew the company from inception to over 200 engineers before it was acquired by Perficient. Prior to that, I led the Project Management and Delivery Management department for Endava in Central and Eastern Europe, overseeing teams across multiple locations in Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, and Serbia. Before Endava, I held various roles at Yonder, from Lead Developer and Architect to Delivery Manager and Process Improvement Group Manager, achieving CMMI Level 3 maturity, milestone that highlight my ability to scale and optimize technology organizations. I am SAFe SPC certified with deep expertise in Agile transformation and scaling frameworks. This enables organizations to innovate rapidly while maintaining quality and agility.
