About Adrian Ciobanu

During my 13 years spent in Italy I had the possibility to gain and develop skills in different areas like: clients services, employee’s management, customer relationship, management areas. As a person which sets high standards, both individually and professionally, I’ve proven to be a fast learner and was able to achieve the best out of each developmental opportunity, growing from assistant manager to general manager of a family business in the commercial field for another 2 years in Italy. I’ve gained experience in working with suppliers and partners, in employees’ management and time management, all while being successful in change and performance improvement, as well as offering quality services to customers. In this time I followed the Management Courses at Transilvania University and I had acquired my degree in 2010. Also I learned the Italian language at a proficiency level. Since I returned in Romania, 4 years ago, I start searching new professional opportunities. Italian being one of my strengths, I start working as an Italian Senior customer care representative for a Microsoft project. Following the continuous improvement path, I did different courses like, Entrepreneurial development course, Soft skills stage, and others in the Software testing area. The last, is related to one of my old passion IT. I had the possibility to gain a lot of new information in this area: testing software, software development life cycle, agile methodologies, and time management. And because I liked so much, I would like to shift my career in this direction. I am confident that I can build a culture of continuous improvement around me due to my professional experience and my outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
