As the General Manager of Thinkaway Learning, I’m dedicated to transforming how organisations train their teams by creating engaging, customised e-Learning solutions. Thinkaway Learning grew from my experience with education clients through Nomia Marketing, my Melbourne-based consultancy. Here, I saw firsthand the impact of tailored, tech-enabled learning, which inspired me to explore innovative ways to address employee training needs. My career journey is rooted in marketing and strategic business growth. I began in retail, coordinating campaigns for David Jones and leading initiatives for the relaunch of Westfield Doncaster. From there, I dove into corporate events and exhibitions, building brands and driving revenue through intelligent marketing strategies in the foodservice, food manufacturing, and hospitality industries. I then led marketing and communications for a boutique intellectual property firm, where I honed skills in branding, communications, and B2B strategy. This path led me to launch Nomia Marketing, focusing on small businesses needing agile, impactful marketing solutions. At Nomia Marketing, I empower clients to make strategic choices that drive sustainable growth.
