As the Director of Finance and Operations at Next Gen Camps, I oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and reporting of a growing organization that provides educational and recreational programs for children and youth. I also help manage the operational aspects of the camps, such as staffing, logistics, and compliance. I have a strong background in financial analysis, business analysis, data entry, and attention to detail, which I developed through my previous roles as a Business Analyst at Advanced Drainage Systems and Morgan Stanley. I have created and updated charts and reports using Excel, Power BI, and Oracle, tracking and communicating on various metrics and trends. I have also supported and trained managers and employees on daily tasks and responsibilities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions and cases. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Ashland University, where I learned the fundamentals of financial management, accounting, and economics. I am passionate about applying my skills and knowledge to help organizations achieve their goals and optimize their performance.
