I am a Project / Programme Manager with a unique blend of Finance and IT leadership experience, harnessing commercial acumen with a naturally agile, tenacious mindset to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to budget, building trusted relationships with diverse stakeholder groups to capture requirements, enthuse commitment and secure buy-in to change. One of my key strengths is impartially assessing and questioning proposals and assumptions to determine underlying drivers and needs, using solid, evidence-based outputs to drive desired business outcomes. In my current role with Gas Networks Ireland, I am developing an Enterprise Data Model to enable GNI to fulfil its data strategy and to drive organisational transformation. Notable achievements so far include establishing a Data Competency Centre and facilitating development of a bespoke DMBOK training course to enhance DCC competency. I combine an empathic outlook with exceptional stakeholder management skills, identifying strategic opportunities and reading organisational cultures to address underlying needs and facilitate continuous improvement. A collaborative, results-driven individual, I deliver valuable technical expertise from the beginning and throughout the duration of a programme or project, and am able to adapt to changing situations and unexpected issues swiftly. I lead by example to inspire and motivate colleagues to perform at their very best and to maintain that dedication and professionalism throughout the duration of a project or task.
