About Adrian Diaz

S.I.T.(Land Surveyor in Training, August 2023) with 20+ years of experience within the land surveying, engineering, pipeline design, and construction industries. Capabilities to assist in the daily operations, management and coordination of survey projects, boundary analysis, platting, boundary and title surveys. permitting, overall design, field crew operations, data processing, construction layout of pipeline projects and client correspondence. I have been the lead on several major pipeline projects for Brazoria Water Authority, Enterprise, Energy Transfer, Targa, Oneok, and other major pipeline operators throughout Texas where I was responsible boundary analysis, overseeing the design & layout of permits, plats, alignment sheets, bores, directional drills, piping and base drawing files used within the various stages of project development. I helped develop surveying and drafting standards (using AutoCad and Civil 3D) used within my time with Clark Surveying, MPH, Harris County Flood Control and Baker & Lawson. I am a graduate of Texas Tech University, with a B.A. in University Studies with an emphasis in Mathematics and Minor in Business Administration.
