I am a passionate and results-driven professional with over 20 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket industry, specializing in commercial leadership, market development, and team building. My career journey includes- 19 years in commercial roles, with 5 years as Regional Sales Director at Augsburg International, where I successfully led a team of 10 sales representatives- Since 2015, I have been part of TMD Friction GmbH, a global leader in automotive braking systems. This role provided me with international exposure, including 4 years in Germany, where I deepened my understanding of global operations and accelerated my integration into the IAM Automotive World- Upon returning to Bucharest mid of 2018, I focused on building a regional team (sales, technical, marketing) to drive growth in South-East of Europe and Iberia. I also spearheaded the opening of TMD’s first regional commercial office in Bucharest, fully operational since July 2022. I believe that people are the most important component in any business. My philosophy centers on positive thinking, strategic planning, and collaboration to achieve outstanding results for both the organization and individuals.
