Why do leadership teams need diversity, technology, and digital know-how now more than ever? The transformation happening through digital technologies is the main topic in our economy. Nonetheless, many leadership teams lack digital skills - a crucial tool for any future-oriented leader. We saw this trend not only throughout conversations with our clients but also in our current corporate board/digital study. In only about 50% of all large-scale enterprises and 38% of the largest family-owned businesses, corporate board members hold digital expertise. These are numbers that should get you thinking. To close this knowledge gap, we at Heads! International find well-suited leaders, people who can and will lead the way to the future of your company. We accompany our clients on their journey and advise them on the decisions that will point their way ahead. With our work, we have reached the following results in the last few years: 80% of our projects are subsequent projects 50% of the leaders we placed in companies get promoted within the first 3 years 380+ leaders in top management positions in 21 countries per year speak for themselves Would you like to learn more about building and developing leadership teams?
