About Adrian Foster

As a SharePoint Developer with a passion for people, strategy, and execution, I don’t just build tools—I create systems that actually work for the humans using them. With over a decade of experience across federal contracting, public education, and internal operations, I’ve seen firsthand how well-executed technology can simplify collaboration, reduce friction, and unlock real business value. I specialize in SharePoint Online, the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), and all things Microsoft 365. Whether it’s designing a SharePoint tenant from scratch, building custom workflows, migrating legacy systems, or wrangling governance and compliance through Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) and the admin center—I deliver solutions that make sense and stick. At the core, my work is about solving problems through thoughtful design and strategic execution. But what I care about most? Helping teams spend less time chasing information and more time doing meaningful work. Let’s make collaboration smarter, simpler, and more scalable.
