I help Pre-Seed & Seed startups avoid costly mistakes and accelerate growth in their first 3 years. I’m a Telecommunications Engineer turned startup strategist and operator. My journey started at Deloitte, working in strategic consulting. After that, I spent a year traveling around the world, and in Mexico, I launched my first startup: TrendyCorp, a B2B merchandising and procurement platform that expanded to LATAM and Spain. Today, it has evolved into BrandFactory, a SaaS for enterprise procurement departments. Later, I co-founded and led Subbo, a second-hand marketplace, where I learned firsthand how challenging it is to scale and operate a digital business. What do I do today? I collaborate with startups, accelerators, and investors in Spain, focusing on strategy, business development, and operations.
