Adrian is the Solutions Director @ Dren Consulting (DC), specializes in ERP JD Edwards E1 (JDE), IT Business Consulting, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & IT Business Project Management, serving clients in China, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong & Thailand among others. Adrian has been involved in advising clients on IT solutions and strategy, Project Management & Acting Head of IT in various countries. Major highlight would be the implementation of workflow with seamless integration between 3 different software. Adrian was previously based in Tokyo as the Head of IT, managing the whole IT department in Pernod Ricard Japan with responsibilities on managing budget, providing IT road map, providing advice & guidance to subordinates, project management, support & IT compliance. Major highlight was the transformation of the department & contribution in cost reduction of around 1 million yen/month with better contract negotiation & leaner infrastructure. A more robust Disaster Recovery was also implemented after the aftermath of 3/11. In testament to that, one of Adrian's team member won the best employee of the year in the Finance Department on his first year. Prior to that, Adrian was previously based in Malaysia (reporting to Hong Kong) as a Regional Business Analyst for Pernod Ricard Asia, involving in Project Management, both in Functional and Technical capacity. Projects involvement ranged from JDE E1 migration, SAP BO implementation, MS SharePoint implementation & Salesforce.com CRM in various countries such as Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, India, Japan & Korea. Adrian always believe that "a building will collapses without a good base foundation". which is why he always emphasize on understanding the business and its process, the people & the culture of the country.
