About Adrian Garbe

I’ve been working in HR for over 20 years, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that people are at the center of every business success. I am managing recruitment operations for Romania at EXL. I lead a team of five recruiters, and together we hire for customer support, finance & accounting, and other key roles. What I enjoy most is helping my team grow, building efficient processes, and working closely with business leaders to make sure we don’t just fill jobs — we hire the right people who will help the company grow. My career started in recruitment and gradually expanded into HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development. I’ve been part of global projects, supported business transformations, and helped companies scale from small teams to hundreds of employees. Along the way, I’ve always tried to keep the “human” in human resources — balancing performance with care for people.
