About Adrian Garcia

I am a motivated individual with a strong desire to ensure that tasks are accomplished effectively and in a timely manner. I have over 7 years of experience in the United States Army where I have predominantly worked in an Operational or supervisory capacity. I am responsible for maintaining qualifications, medical records, and performance records for over 50 individuals as well as 8 different airframes. I currently work as an Air-lift coordinator for United States Army Japan where I ensure that all required legal paperwork and documentation pertaining to flights is satisfied. Since 2018, I have been fundamental in coordinating transportation of critical operational equipment and more than personnel across more than 15 different countries. Concurrently, I maintain historical data of all flights and invoices to ensure 100% accountability of funds, exceeding more than annually, and to maintain relevant data to be utilized for future budget forecasting. I have worked in conjuction with the United States Department of State and other United States Department of Defense officials, as well as representatives from the Government of Japan, Kingdom of Thailand, and Republic of the Philippines, for large scale training operations across Southeast Asia. I am often assigned as a liaison to other organizations due to my occupational and regional knowledge, as well as my driven work ethic. I served 4 months as head of the Human Resources department that lead me to refine my organizational methods and work on personnel interaction. I am looking to continue working in a capacity where I find myself challenged while being able to utilize the experiences I've learned in the military to the benefit of the organization that I am employed.
