About Adrian Gorcea

As the Executive Director of Avia Motors Constanta, a Skoda dealer, I have been leading the management and development of the company for over nine years. I have a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering for Constructions and a Certified Project Manager (CPM) credential, which enable me to oversee complex and challenging projects in the automotive industry. I also have extensive experience in sales, marketing, finance, and coaching, acquired from my previous roles as National Sales Director at Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services, Senior Consultant at EURITMA Training & Development, and Executive Coach. I am passionate about talent development, new business development, and talent assessment, and I use my skills in neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and business/life coaching to empower and motivate my team and clients. I speak English, Spanish, and Greek fluently, and I enjoy learning new languages and cultures.
