About Adrian Grabarski

I’m a Senior Export Specialist at Chopin Vodka, where I support our international expansion by coordinating our logistical, production with the back-office functions to meet the diverse needs of our global customers. I ensure smooth communication and seamless information flow across teams, which is crucial for maintaining consistency and efficiency in delivering our high-quality products worldwide. Additionally, I focus on building and nurturing relationships with our customers to ensure long-term success. Before this, I spent over a decade as an Area Organiser with USDAW, where I focused on problem-solving, negotiations, and supporting workers through workplace challenges. My role involved advocating for members, resolving disputes, and ensuring fair outcomes in a range of employment matters. Earlier in my career, I worked as a Process Technician at Müller Milk, gaining hands-on experience in manufacturing processes. My diverse background has shaped my skills in coordination, problem-solving, and building strong relationships across teams and industries. I’m always interested in connecting, learning, and growing professionally. Great at communicating the message in a number of different languages.
