I am an Infrastructure & Platform Engineering Director with a strong hands-on background as a DevOps Engineer. Today I lead DevOps, CloudOps and Security teams delivering and operating cloud platforms for multiple clients across AWS, Azure and GCP. My focus is on building reliable, secure and cost-efficient infrastructures, while keeping the team supported, aligned and able to deliver at a sustainable pace. In recent years I have- Led and grown cross-functional infrastructure teams (DevOps, CloudOps, Security, Tech Leads)- Designed and implemented cloud architectures on AWS, Azure and GCP (networking, security, landing zones, Kubernetes)- Standardised CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD) and container platforms (Kubernetes, Docker)- Introduced and improved observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, cloud-native monitoring)- Worked closely with Security / DevSecOps and InfoSec on WAF, IAM, security pipelines and remediation of pentest findings - Supported presales, estimations and RFPs as a technical and delivery partner for clients I enjoy- Helping engineers grow through clear expectations, feedback and development plans - Bringing structure to complex environments (processes, ownership, documentation)- Balancing business needs, delivery pressure and team wellbeing Relevant areas & technologies: Head of DevOps, DevOps management, Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, cloud security, DevSecOps.
