About Adrian Gutierrez

I love to see how the magic work of manufacturing gets things done. Yes, I said magic, the people's effort and the whole transformation of raw materials piled up in the warehouse, and then to become something else, something that would solve the problem of many people who face certain issues, a finished product free of defects that would make your life a lot easier. I am Adrian, and I work for Owens Corning as an operations leader. I am a relevant leader with more than a decade and a half of experience in manufacturing, who has obtained notable results during my career, from driving results with exceptional quality in the finished product to being a key player in changing the plant's culture. My experimented work experience in the production field and people dealing has contributed to the company I work for, maintaining happy customers and gaining new ones through the excellent job we deliver. The plant I work for has been awarded, two consecutive times, Plantof the Year thanks to the effort and collaboration of the operators and other leaders who together haveformed an excellent work team environment. My job at Owens Corning satisfies me at the end of each workday because we are contributing to making the world a better place, helping thousands of people worldwide, and meeting expectations. We make roofing and shingles, and we make people happier.
