Certified Public Accountant with over fourteen years of experience in auditing standalone and consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with the Polish Accounting Act and International Financial Reporting Standards including public interest entities and big, international capital groups. A graduate of the Poznań University of Economics. Author of accounting-related articles and guest lecturer. I have extensive experience in auditing financial statements and providing advisory services in the area of accounting and finance for clients representing various sectors, with particular emphasis on entities from the sectors: energy, manufacturing, construction, FMCG, e-commerce, real estate, healthcare and financial institutions. I also have experience in due diligence projects and these related to M&A transactions as well as developing business plans and initial public offering prospectuses.
