About Adrian Kamrowski

I have shown great drive and motivation to overcome setbacks in sports, work and education. During my six years of teaching swimming at multiple swim schools I have constructed lesson plans for a range of ages both with and without assistants showing excellent adaptability, time management, organisation and leadership skills. I am also fluent in Polish speaking which has aided me in being able to interact with clients who require communication in Polish. Whilst working as a sous chef I managed the firm's finances by analysing total costs and revenue and working alongside senior staff to make deals with other firms to reduce costs whilst also dealing with a range of customers, including tourists with language barriers, under time and quality pressure in Camden during the busiest periods of Summer. Additionally, I was in charge of the marketing of our products and was successful in this role with us regularly selling all of our food and being one of the busiest businesses around. Additionally, I have worked as a media planner for the largest independent agency in the UK on some of the largest clients in the world. I have worked at Argos throughout both Black Friday and Christmas periods, whilst acting as a professional support liaison who was the first method of contact for clients and aided in product education allowing for customer retention and maximum satisfaction.
