I simply do my job and work with sourcing / procurement of the components for state of the art machines producing the delicious food in the world. I have 15+ years of international experience in hundreds interdisciplinary global projects. Mostly focused on sourcing, design, production, services and sales of mechanical components for power generation, food processing or metal processing. In charge of sourcing budgets driving with success procurement cost reduction initiatives saving 50%+ of investment. As a certified Project Manager and Team Leader I proudly supervise individuals in matrix organization and lead NPI products development. Thanks to Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen and Simplification practical skills I deliver multiple times >50% reductions translating productivity improvements into multi-millions of US dollars reserves. Broad understanding of team and budget planning by managing several projects of million dollars tool capital costs. I have been leading Technical Sales of multiple products and services (Power Plants components, CNC Machines and production lines, CAD/CAM Software, steel structures, building materials). Multiple times I have supported construction of Power Plants. I am always willing to go beyond the comfort zone and looking for new challenges in a dynamic environment in which I can use my multiple skills acquired up to now.
