Adrian launched his career at Valenti Mid Atlantic Management, starting from an entry-level position and swiftly rising to roles like Shift Manager and Assistant Manager. While earning his high school diploma, he continued his education at Reading Area Community College and Kutztown University, focusing on Business Management. As he progressed, Adrian took on various responsibilities, including safety auditing, crew orientation, supply chain management, marketing, and implementing a rewarding crew system. By 2014, he achieved the position of Restaurant Manager, refining his leadership, team building, business management, and operational skills. In addition to his restaurant management journey, Adrian accumulated two years of experience in diverse sales roles, concentrating on building client relationships and driving sales growth. With 18 years of comprehensive experience, he has honed skills in leadership, P&L management, time management, sales development, and community engagement. Since starting at DaBrian Marketing Group, Adrian's skills have grown to include sales pipeline management, client relationship management, graphic design, and social media management. Now, he is excited to leverage this expanded skill set, combining his business management expertise and sales experience in a role focused on sales and digital marketing solutions consulting to support small to medium-sized businesses in achieving their goals and objectives through digital transformation.
