About Adrian Lee

I had moved to the UK when I was just 12 years old to seek new adventures, oppurtunities and also to develop myself as a person. Since then I have been able to work on myself and try to find the right balance between doing whats needed and doing what I want to do. When I graduated from Marlborough College after completing my GCSE's and my A-levels I was on a path to discover what I really wanted to do in life. During my time as a University Student and Swansea University, I made sure to find work opportunities alongside my education to keep myself active and to gain some experience. This opened a chapter in my life where I was able to combine a life long passion along with the Business Management course I was studying. I had started my career as a professional esports team manager. At the time, I was seen as young and inexperienced to be in a management position. Not only did I want to prove people wrong but I wanted to make a name for myself and I worked tirelessly to ensure that. I was fortunate to work at some amazing organizations and even managed to get myself in a director position at 21 years of age. Throughout my career I have learnt that being creative and having a strong mentality to work through the tough times and never give up creates such a stable foundation to build up experience and knowledge. In my spare time I enjoy a wide range of activities such as socializing, gaming, film, music etc. As a person I would say my loyalty and drive is my x-factor. When I find myself doing something that I believe is giving me purpose and that I have a true, genuine passion for the world becomes my oyster and I do everything I can to succeed in it. More importantly, values and morals are significant to me as a professional and whenever there is a business or organization that has its values and morals aligned with mine, I will give 200% to that business and represent them to the best of my ability.
