I have several years of offshore experience in Petroleum, including a supervisory role for last several years. I am specialized in all aspects of rigging up, running and rigging down different solids control equipment. Proven track record of managing challenging projects while exceeding customer expectations through innovative ideas, cost containment, and efficient methods to achieve maximum production. In the last two years I've changed the professional field to project coordination engineer at a Danish construction company where I proved excellent interpersonal and communication skills coupled with ability to effectively coordinate, motivate and supervise personnel towards the achievement of organizational goals. I am a team leader with strong ethics and integrity, capable to build strong relationships of trust and transparency with customers and company board members that led to improving productivity levels and increasing labor flexibility within challenging times. I am focused on increase productivity while reducing the raw materials and energy used in production, by using alternative energy ( implementing a photovoltaic powerplant) and constant monitoring the consumptions in the production process.
