I would like to share a few details about myself regarding my experience in supply chain, in which I have worked in for approximately 8 years, out of which almost half in the pharma industry. My professional history in this domain includes roles such as purchasing representative and warehouse coordinator of promotional activities, VAS and demand planner at Nivea for Romania and Bulgaria, continued by my latest role as Senior Supply Planning Specialist for EU markets at Pfizer Romania. I have successfully supported timely launches /discontinuations, stock builds for different activities such as tenders and site transfers. I have overseen escalations of local and global issues for high impact products. I have strong analytical skills and the ability to observe patterns and trends in data, determining root cause of issues and drawing proper conclusions and solutions from analysis. I can assume and take good decisions based on the judgement and conclusions drawn from mixed analysis and experience, in a very complex matrix organization with strong teamwork orientation required. Proven experience in providing solutions to complex projects while managing partners from across multiple countries and cultures. During my experience, I have demonstrated strong consultative, analytical, strategic thinking and planning, goal orientated mindset backed up by problem solving skills along with strong leadership and communication abilities proven in several projects I have successfully lead. Besides the knowledge and skills acquired in these years of working in different multinational companies, I would like to share some personal details about myself: I am an perfectionist at heart who strives to be the best at what I am doing and put a lot of heart in my work. In my spare time, I like to trade on the stock market, go to events and set a good mood as a photographer and meet new people. I am also a hobbyist carpenter in my free time, as I find working with wood and building furniture quite relaxing. Also, I am a full time husband! In general, I strive to achieve that equilibrium between business and personal time, in the sense that I am a strong believer in the saying: If you love what you do, you don't consider work a chore. You need to love what you do, and do what you love to have a happy and meaningful life!
