About Adrian McLain

As the University Relations Manager at Wayne-Sanderson Farms, I lead the university relations team in developing and delivering a comprehensive early careers strategy to meet diverse business needs. I drive campus recruiting efforts, building strategic partnerships with universities, HBCUs, and pre-college institutions. I manage internship and recent college graduate programs and create scalable data tools to measure program outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction. I have a strong background in higher education administration, with a Doctor of Education degree from The University of Memphis, a Master of Science degree from Mississippi College, and Bachelor of Arts degree from Alcorn State University. I also hold a Diversity and Equity Certificate from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center. My passion is to foster inclusive and equitable environments for students, and to support the growth and development of early talent initiatives. I am committed to creating positive change and driving innovation in the field of university relations.
