About Adrian Moretti

I work to share knowledge and experience, to support, to learn, to influence and to be influenced. I love retail architecture and it has been my profession for the past 20 years. At first I had a cynical approach to it, generally as a problem in need of solving. I then met a manager who sold me on the art behind the form. That helped immensely. I believe in clear and honest communication and I believe in my supplier network. In my experience I have been a contractor a service provider and a client. I have enough perspective to vouch that the relationship is need based both ways. Once it is underpinned with trust it becomes easy. I have held senior management positions at a global level and I have learned that it is essential to listen and understand before you can effectively explain something. Every effort that you make towards clarity will be rewarded dearly by the results. Data, access to data and standardization of data are very important tools when you are trying to benchmark and manage strategies across the globe. It is important to partner with the people in the organization that can support you in your quest for good data. In my roles I have often worked on cross-function projects and shared services. I noticed that internal customers respond to value. If you show it to them they will follow. My ultimate goal is to make my client successful.
