I’m a dynamic, passionate, self-motivated and action-oriented professional with over 10 years experience in development, training and management. Over the past 10 years I’ve worked with many teams and I held various positions. My professional journey has helped me acquire a variety of skills, which are extremely useful for any SaaS business product manager. I’ve worked as a developer for a couple of years at the beginning of my career, and this technical background is helping me communicate more effectively with the development team. Then I became the customer support manager, which gave me a deep and clear understanding of client needs and requirements.
