I love to bring order from chaos and build growth-oriented, self-sustainable organizations. I’m a change management enthusiast. Being ENTJ personality type, my drive is to turn visions into reality. I’m a results-oriented person with interests in business development, innovative projects, marketing, and sales activities. I have over 16 years of experience in big and challenging projects from different markets (EU, US). Throughout these years, I have never stopped dedicating my time to listen, learn, lead and motivate teams. This is a great formula to get the best results. I'm motivated to build meaningful relationships with clients and partners. I seek to develop a thorough understanding of their business challenges and find the right and efficient solutions. Thus, I permanently search for creative ways to improve relationships and grow revenue for all involved parties. I always follow a system thinking approach and try to establish healthy behaviors by implementing standard operating procedures for critical issues. I'm a fast learner who seeks personal mastery. For this reason, I engage in continuous self-education activities from different areas and seek to work closely with real professionals. One of my goals is to help others building High Performing Learning Organizations (HPLO).
