I’m a bilingual CFO and Chief of Staff with over 20 years of experience helping companies navigate growth, complexity, and change. My background spans investment banking (Credit Suisse, BTG, Bradesco BBI) and hands-on leadership roles at startups, family businesses, and mid-sized companies in Brazil and the U.S. Over the past 9 years, I’ve served as CFO to multiple high-growth and middle-market companies — most recently in the Esports (gaming), TMT (Telecom, Media & Technology), and Real Estate sectors. I’ve sat on both sides of the table — as an advisor and as an operator — and what drives me is being the person the CEO turns to when it’s time to make big decisions. Whether it's raising capital, preparing for an exit, building a finance function from scratch, or navigating a turnaround, I bring clarity, calm, and structure to fast-moving environments. These days, I’m focused on applying AI tools to elevate the finance function and support faster, smarter strategic decision-making — without losing the nuance and judgment that come from over two decades of hands-on experience in international finance.
