I've spent the last 19-years in a customer facing capacity. My new role has taken me a bit more behind the scenes. What I've discovered is I am best out in front of customers. It is balance between what I enjoy and how I am best utilized. The skills I've cultivated over the years include-Sales and New Business Development -Corporate Administration -Organizational Leadership -Performance Optimization -Best Practices and Benchmarking -Consultative Customer Service -Record Keeping and Reporting With a foundation in consultative sales and management in the Financial Services industry, I am a consummate self-starter with defined leadership skills. I converted a single purchase revenue model to a fee-based revenue model that stabilized income. This also aligned the interests of the customer with mine. This allowed the freedom to cultivate and develop deep relationships with my customers. Ultimately, my consultative sales approach and general demeanor drove revenue and produced measurable results. This model continued as it applies to almost all position of product as a sales-person. Ask questions, identify and define pain points, acknowledge your understanding of the pain points and position a product to solve said pain points. I want to move back to working directly with customers, that is my goal.
