As a Senior Vice President (SVP) focused on the Southeast and Caribbean regions, Adrian demonstrates a steadfast commitment to quality, leveraging his background in both the public and private arenas to deliver insightful valuation and advisory solutions to his clients. Adrian specializes in market and economic feasibility studies, highest-and-best-use analyses, due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions, cost-benefit analyses, impact studies, and complex commercial property valuations. His experience spans a wide variety of asset types, including hotels, mixed-use developments, marinas, and resorts, as well as residential and industrial properties. Prior to joining HVS, Adrian served as an appraiser and worked at a multinational law firm advising international hotel and resort clients throughout Europe and Latin America. With two decades of comprehensive valuation experience, he brings extensive expertise in appraisal, litigation support, advisory, and consulting services across the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Adrian is a state-certified general real estate appraiser licensed in Florida (RZ 3829) and is nearing completion of the rigorous process to gain the prestigious Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) designation. He is fluent in both English and Spanish. Adrian’s clients benefit from his strong educational foundation. He holds a bachelor’s degree with dual majors in Finance and Real Estate from Florida International University’s School of Business, providing him with an analytical foundation and a strategic perspective on market dynamics.
